Your reservation includes rental car insurance with Rentalcover. To do this, open a claim through your Rentalcover account. You can log in with your policy number and the email address listed in your Rentalcover confirmation document. Please note that this is not your private email address. Once logged in, you can update the default email address in Rentalcover to your private email address.

To do this, follow the following steps:

Log into Rentalcover.com with your policy number (ending in "INS") and the default email address provided in the insurance confirmation document;
Go to "Profile."
In the "Email" field, you can now change the information to your private email address;

To open a claim, click on "Submit a claim" in your rentalcover account. Follow the steps and submit the following documents if applicable:

Rental agreement from the local rental office
Pick-up and return document from the local rental office
Damage report from the local rental office
Final invoice from the local rental office
Police report (mandatory in case of accidents, theft or vandalism)
Accident report (mandatory - in case of third party damage)
Photo of the damage
A copy of the credit card statement showing the landlord's charges

(irrelevant amounts can of course be made unrecognizable) Your claim will be processed and handled directly by Rentalcover. All information about your claim will be sent to your email by Rentalcover. Please note that such processes always take some time. Processing time can be as long as 8-12 weeks. If you would like to know the status of your claim, please contact Rentalcover directly.
